The Top Ten Most Gerrymandered Congressional Districts in the United States

Let’s simplify this post and call it the 30 most fracked-up/gerrymandered Congressional Districts in the United States. North Carolina has four of ‘em and that’s without counting NC-4 which has managed to provide David Price with [dis]honest work for the last 22 years.

It'll be interesting to see how the North Carolina House redraws the lines off the 2010 Census with the Republicans in charge?
