I'm back.
My friend and I stooped on the way back at Big Gums Pawn in Clinton North Carolina. They really like their guns and price them accordingly. I saw a Smith & Wesson 686 with a six inch barrel priced at $999 and a Ruger LCP .380 priced at $450. It's been a while since I've purchased a handgun So maybe I'm out of the loop but those prices seemed high. I think they call it chutzpah.

Bought a brand new S&W 686+ with a 4" barrel in SS in July, cost less than 700.
New Ruger LCPs at my local shop are priced between 310 and 3150 depending on options (color and finish).
You decide :)
A friend bought a LCP for $250. The 686 I've seen as low as $600. they had Moisin Nagants in crap shape they wanted $200 dollars for. You can get them in good shape for as little as $80. They're prices were nuts.
WV: scrotes.
Kinda appropriate soundin'.
