The American Clean Energy and Security Act or the Obama/Pelosi "fuck you all" bill passed 219-212 in the House. Eight Republicans voted for it. Forty-four Democrats voted against. North Carolina's delegation voted as follows:

• Foxx, Virginia, North Carolina, 5th -- No
• Jones, Walter B., North Carolina, 3rd -- No
• Kissell, Larry, North Carolina, 8th -- No
• McHenry, Patrick T., North Carolina, 10th -- No
• McIntyre, Mike, North Carolina, 7th -- No
• Miller, Brad, North Carolina, 13th -- Yes
• Myrick, Sue, North Carolina, 9th -- No
• Price, David, North Carolina, 4th -- Yes
• Shuler, Heath, North Carolina, 11th -- Yes

I don't have a lot of discretionary cash and even less free time. The passage of the this bill will ensure I have even less. What little of each I have will be used to see that those fucktards who voted for it are looking for new jobs come election day. And frankly Mr. Shuler I don't care how pro gun you are if you can't see this legislation for the power grab it is you can't be trusted at any level.

The Senate hasn't passed their version yet so there is still hope. Call your Senators and let them know where you stand on this.
