A Bearable Opinion

Here's the actual decision. I think it goes without saying that the Feds aren't going to lay down on this. They'll appeal and ask for a stay at least until it reaches the Tenth Circuit. I don't know what happens then. Most of the courts of review seem to look for reasons to oppose the Second rather than support it. We'll have to wait and see. For now, I'll take the win.
