No guns. NoTaser., No Nightstick. And I bet they aren't stupid. The woman recording the incident didn't get out of her car, neither. Remember. if crazy comes to visit, you are on your own. Plan accordingly.
I understand that, but it makes them a piss poor substitute of the police their bosses intend them to replace.
