I read the link, Pelosi's lost her mind. 1,800+ pages. Trump should tear it up right in front of her like she did with the SOTU.
Veto it . No tearing it up, Trump would show he's no better than pelosi. It's also against the law to tear it up, federal paper must be retained for government use.
Well, not to be picky, but it's an informal bill (i.e. proposal) that the House is writing up; not yet a federal paper or official public law/document. But yes, Trump should veto it and my original comment, although not specifically noted as metaphorical, was intended as such.
