This appears to be a "Convention" sketch by Val Mayerick of two of his creations; Man-Thing and Howard the Duck.
This is a splash page from a commercial publication with art by Mickey Jordan. It is intended as a gift for my daughter who is a fan of Lilo and Stitch.
