Stan Lee, Marvel Comics' Real-Life Superhero, Dies at 95I was looking at the pictures in comic books long before I started to actually read them. I "borrowed my brother's comics which were mostly DC. When I was able to pick up my own they were Marvel and on every one of them whether he was writing them or simply editing was the name Stan Lee. How much actual input he had in the creation of characters such as the Fantastic Four, Thor, Spider-Man, Hulk, etc, etc may be argued for decades. Hell, it is now. His influence on the comic industry can't be. Comics are a collaborative art form and he was the ultimate collaborator. In the end he lived his life and now he's gone. He lived a great life and he will be missed.
