It would probably stink.
Part of what made it was the cast.
They worked together and they were all believable in their parts. The chemistry was there.
It's hard to catch lightning in a bottle twice.
Futurama was great the first go around.
The second one was pretty good.
The last one was eh at best.
Or look at MASH, they changed just two people and it quickly turned to crap.
Even Cheers was only so-so after Shelley Long left.

The other part was Whedon and crew. We'd need them all to make it worthwhile. Don't see it happening. All have gone on to other things. The moment has passed.
