The officer off-duty and out of jurisdiction, left his service weapon in a toilet stall in a bar. he was in a bar, he didn't report the theft immediately to either the local police or his agency, a twit who found a gun in a toilet stall didn't turn it over to police immediately, another twit bought said gun from the first twit who had found said gun in a bar, another twit who having come from a bar was no doubt under the influence of alcohol managed to shoot and kill himself.
