I read his collaborations with Garth Ennis including Preacher, Hellblazer, and The Punisher and enjoyed them. He was currently working on another Punisher series. Damn. Who the hell dies of a ruptured appendix in this day and age?

in Tennessee, a man breaks into the home of his estranged wife to do her harm and has harm done to him instead. She shot him. dead. You might also note that the protective order against him did damn little to protect her while the pistol worked quite well.

It's the last of the Dead Six trilogy and I liked it. It didn't hold me as well as the previous two or any of their solo novels, and I'm not sure I could tell you why. I read two other books at the same time I read this one. I don't know. Still, I liked it and will read anything else they write: together or solo.
