Huge: Fourth Circuit Declares Maryland's 'Handgun Qualification License' Unconstitutional

The Fourth Circuit like the Ninth tends to like them some gun control so well see what happens when Maryland challenges this decision. The challenge will come because the Left can't let this decision stand. I suspect it will eventually end up before the Supremes.
