Another Federal Judge Rejects the DOJ's Argument That Cannabis Consumers Have No Second Amendment Rights

There's no restriction on people who drink alcohol and there are tons of incidents of said drunks screwing up by use of firearms. Why is marijuana worse? Enlighten me.
