Ninth Circuit Upholds Preliminary Injunction Against Magazine Confiscation in California

A three judge panel upheld a federal district count injunction against a California law to confiscate firearms magazines that hold over 10 rounds. I suspect the California AG will ask for an en blanc hearing, and the district court will be reversed. That's what usually happens. It's the Ninth Circuit. Just saying...
