It was introduced by Illinois Rep Robin Kelley (D-IL) and Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) both Bloomberg proxies. The full text is here at Extrano's Alley. As Stranger says it looks pretty innocuous,but it's from the usual suspects. That should raise our suspicions in and of itself. So guys take appropriate action. Call your Reps and Senators and ask them to oppose.
