Caught on camera: Officer shoots at dog in crowd of people during arrest in Brooklyn...AND misses the dog. Taking that shot in a crowd was a negligent discharge of a weapon, and the officer needs to spend a few days at home without pay. Who wants to bet nothing is done at all?
