It's the right kind of victory for the Romeike Family. Homeland Security has
granted them indefinite deferred status. So they get to stay here in the United States. That's a blessing. It's not a victory for the rest of us since the Supreme Court
refused to review their case. That denial lets stand the DOJ's argument that a a parent has no fundamental right to determine the education of their children. What hens when they start applying that position to domestic cases?
