Gonzaga Students Facing Expulsion for Legally Possessing Guns in Private University-Owned Apartments

Two students at Gonzaga University are facing expulsion for scaring off a panhandler who claimed to be and was a convicted felon by flashing a handgun. The questions here are whether the university gets to enforce policy in off campus student residences and also how clearly the policy was written. These questions need answers. I suggest the young men get a lawyer and seek answers in civil court.
