In response to the statement made by the Congresswoman it states she simply misspoke, and was actually referring to "clips", and not "magazines" because: "clips,’ which cannot be reused because they don’t have a feeding mechanism" Only problem with this is clips can be reused. They are used to reload the magazine. Even their response is completely devoid of any firearms knowledge.
