On Infohe's Amendment regarding the UN Small Arms Treaty

Inhofe Amdt. No. 139:

To uphold Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.

The amendment was approved 53 to 46. I take it as a clear indicator of how Senate ratification vote will go once if Obama signs the treaty. I'm happy to say Senators Hagan and Burr voted yea. In the case of Hagan, maybe the emails and polls have put the fear of gun owners into her. Maybe, but I doubt it.
