Fourth Circuit gets it right on Open Carry

The Fourth Circuit says someone open carrying a firearm where it is legal to do so doesn't provide the police with justification, reasonable suspicion, to stop and search you. This now the law in the Fourth Circuit. This is called ammunition. Use it.
