NC: Castle Doctrine Update

It's out of Committee and we should have a vote int he Senate as soon as tomorrow. This is SB 34 but not as originally introduced. It was amended and now vehicles as well as the home and has a "stand your ground" provision. This makes it a much stronger bill and worthy of our support. John Richardson has more here.
