North Carolina: Home Invasion goes bad...

...for the perpetrators.

In Durham during the early morning hours two armed males broke into a house and one was shot and killed by a resident. The other fled and was later caught and arrested for kidnapping, burglary, attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon, and impersonation of a police officer. The matter is still under investigation.
