Elena Kagan

There's a lot of differing opinion on Kagan's nomination to the Supreme Court. Neither David Hardy nor David Codrea appear to be too impressed. She has stated that she considers Heller to be settled law, but she worked with the Clinton Administration to push their gun control agenda. She's a mixed bag, but at this point she doesn't appear to overtly hostile to gun owners. That may be the best we can expect from President Obama.
