Arguments for McDonald v. Chicago...

...are before the Supreme Court today. From everything I've read it looks like we've got a good chance, the best chance in years, to have the 2nd applied to states and municipalities. I hope and pray that this is so, but there's always that pesky law of unintended consequences. It's especially prevalent in the judicial areana.
