Gillibrand, along with Carolyn McCarthy, and the support of Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Police Commissioner Ray Kelly, Mayors Against IllegalGuns, the Brady Campaign and New Yorkers Against Gun Violence has introduced the Gun Trafficking Prevention Act.
