Venezuela destroys 30,000 guns in alleged response to a high violent crime rate. Considering Hugo Chavez' track record consolidating power in the hands of his thugs is the more likely explanation. We'll see how this crime control measure works out for them.

Who/what are they going to blame when the crime rate doesn't go down?
ReplyDeleteIt can't be anything Chavez has doen or failed to do so they need more gun control. Same thing just HARDER. The military has already tried to take him down and failed. By the time the people have had enough they won't have the guns to fight back.
