Mag-Fed 20MM Rifle...

...manuafactured by Anzio Ironworks Corp. The website says the rifle has a 5000 yard maximum range. So why does a law enforcement agency, like say the FBI, need a weapon that fires a 20mm round much less two of them? Just wondering?
