A letter to Holder

Twenty-three State Attorney Generals sent a letter to United States Attorney General Eric Holder advising him of their opposition to a renewed assault weapons ban. Can't hurt, but not sure it really serves a purpose. North Carolina's AG, Roy Cooper, was not among the signers and that surprises me not at all. Twenty-six other AGs didn't sign.
