Military Tribunals for Domestic Terrorists?

Over at Sipsey Street Irregulars is an article on the origins of the current use of military tribunals. They were originally proposed for use against domestic terrorists/militias. The Bush administration then picked up the idea and ran with it for use against Al Qaida. And here we are. I wonder if Obama will close the circle?
