Girls und Panzer takes place in a world where tank battles are a girl's High School sport. I just finished the 12 episode first season and will have to find the movie some place. Yes, I liked it.
Episode 7.5 is a midquel feature, often titled "This is the Real Anzio Battle" or somesuch. I would expect it to be available from the same source as the other 12, as is der Film, the sequel feature.
The new stuff should be hitting those same sources in a couple months.

By 13 episodes, you mean the Anzio midquel feature? Set between episodes 7 and 8. There were also two recap episodes, 5.5 and 10.5.
