I'm re-reading Flint and Drake's Belisarius Saga. Excellent military science fiction. These are the books that introduced me to Eric Flint. Highly recommended.
Other than Flint's Joe world stuff I've read everything he has published. The JAO books are excellent. With Drake I went through a period where I didn't read him. Too depressing. Then I read Redliners and I was back in the saddle. I love his Lt Leary books.
