More Canadian law enforcement...

...fuckwittery over at Sebastian's. Whatever happened to actually talking to a suspect to develop probable cause prior to slapping on the cuffs?

And yes, I know we have more than our share of such fuckwittery in the lower 48 as well.

    If I lived in Canada I would think about moving, though that may happen here if we're not careful.
