Looks like Durham picked up a good bit of snow. I'm out of town for the holidays but it looks like the whole state got quite a bit of snow.I guess that is why LtGov Walter Dalton declared a state of emergency (with consultation from Bev).
The amount of snow in Durham in no way justifies a state of emergency: Roads are clear, no power lines down. Life is impacted only as much as people want it to be. Maybe its the OMG approach to government.
