Any non-cop would have been sentenced to jail for beating an unconscious man. And cops should be held to a higher standard. That our public servants charged with enforcing the law are not held to even the same standard is outrageous.
I don't want them held to a higher standard. Holding them to the same standard should have put them in jail.
